Novel Interaction Design for Autonomous Cars
YOGA HMI is a vision of a car being a lotus flower floating on the troubled waters of congested cities. The concept of the HMI system is based on the adaptation to the driver’s actual conditions. The NASA H-Metaphor study helps to understand the relationship between a rider and a horse and the adaptive nature of the control mechanisms.
YOGA HMI vychází z představy lotosového květu, který bezpečně plave na rozvířené hladině měst. Jedná se o návrh rozhraní řídícího panelu elektromobilu a je založený na funkční a vizuální adaptaci na stav řidiče během jízdy. Myšlenkově navazuje na studii H-Metaphor od NASA, která představuje hlavní principy adaptivního řízení ve vztahu kůň–jezdec.
